Individuals with fixed mindsets enti rely put their trust on traits they have such as talent and intelligence. They believe so much in talent to an extent where they think that talents are the success by itself even if one does not nourish it.2. Growth mindset. These type of individuals see traits such as intelligence and talents in a different viewpoint. They believe that such traits are the origin of success. It is through learning, dedication and hard work to nourish the traits the eventually leads to success and prosperity.B. Carol Dwerk Discovery on the two categories of Mindset. A famous psychologist Carol Dweck discovered that mindset is just a simple ideology one possess, which often results from his or her success the tasks he or she undertakes. There are two types of mindsets, namely the fixed and growth mindsets.1. Fixed Mindset. People who have a fixed mindset rely on qualities they possess such as talents and intelligence. They further perceive these qualities as fixed traits where they take time detailing their talents and intelligence levels rather than taking a time to develop the traits. Such type of individuals applies a wrong approach as they further believe and put much trust in talent, as they believe talent will always create success even if one does not make any efforts towards developing it.2. Growth Mindset. On the other hand, some individuals have a growth mindset. These people believe that through one can make efforts and dedication to developing their basic abilities. To expound on this, brains and talents are potential traits that create the base of success. This gives one room to learn and add to their resilience, which they can use on their road to success. To add on, individuals with growth mindset have embraced a culture that makes them enjoy learning and perceives success as an eventual process originating from their initial qualities such as intelligence and talent.C.
